The Montreals are an indie rock four-piece who fold R&B hooks, So-Cal guitars and a bit of disco into songs built for a warm afternoon and a cold drink.
‘Wellesley’ arrived in 2016 and the debut EP ‘Indigo Club’ followed. Singles including ‘deadheads’ and ‘Y2K’ picked up rotation on triple j and, further afield, KCRW in Los Angeles.
At Marksenfest
The Montreals played Marksenfest 2017 on Sunday 8 October, on the bill beneath headliners Heaps Good Friends alongside The New Yorks, LOS LEO and Hartway. It was a sell-out and the biggest crowd the festival had drawn to that point.
All-inclusive tickets to Marksenfest 2026 cover drinks, food and entertainment.
